We’re so happy you’re here. Before booking, please take a moment to read the information below — it’ll help ensure your appointment runs seamlessly and you get the most out of your time with us.
A few things to know before you book:
• Existing clients:
You can log in via the Customer tab or by using the link in one of our recent emails.
– If the email is less than 2 weeks old, the link will log you in automatically.
– If it’s older, you’ll simply be asked to enter your details.
• Booking multiple treatments:
You’re welcome to book more than one treatment in a single appointment — just select all the services you’d like.
• Choosing your therapist:
You may choose your preferred therapist for each treatment, or select no preference and we’ll assign one for you.
• Manicure & Pedicure add-ons:
Once you select your main manicure or pedicure treatment, a pop-up menu will appear allowing you to add any necessary add-ons, including soak-offs, repairs/extensions, and nail art.
Please make sure all add-ons are selected at the time of booking so we can allocate the correct amount of time for your appointment.
• Silent appointments:
For clients who prefer a quieter experience, silent appointments are available. Simply select this option when booking online or add “Silent Appointment” in the notes section.
